I have been contacted numerous times this morning, citing a scheduling conflict with Dr. White, Seguin, TX My appointment for the 14th of January was canceled, first by an automated voice message, next by a text, and yet another text. Had I not contacted Dr. White's office, I would l not have known that my appointment had not been cancelled. A glitch in the "system" was the reason cited. My wife's appointment was on the same date, but she was not contacted. Her appointment had not been cancelled either. This has happened a number of times. T+
I Dont get emails from the Athena one patient portal that my Dr office sent a messge or reponded to my message it worked fine on old portal, not not with athena one I dont get any messages to my real email they are thrying to contact me this is a problem and I need fixed. also its say I have 13 new messages no i have 13 messages already read Wish they would go back to old system yr in and things are getting worse. I set my bar low and didn’t expect this to be the ultimate tool during patient care anyways, and was just content checking patient list and maybe quick check on inbox… but these notifications, totally useless and annoying, finally decided to write a review after months of use (and hoping it’d be fixed), if you click on a notification, you get stuck in login screen after login screen after login screen, etc; and even if you open the app, never clears away from the Notification Center, forever stuck and building stacks there.
Just going to turn off all notification fro this app (and athenaText does the exact same thing, but at least I really do need the alert for that one…)

Why did you phase out the old app? The new app, in my humble opinion, is horribly designed and frustrating. I can’t get to old encounter documents without going through an endless number of clicks. I prep by looking up my old encounter and reviewing old encounter documents (audiograms, scope pictures). Now it takes me 10-15 min to just find what I need to review(after practicing for an hour!) and that doesn’t even count reviewing! Please don’t delete the old app it was easy to use and I don’t need all this extraneous information just for a quick review.
I’m sure the prep part will be good but for those of us who use it to review the patients for the upcoming day this app is a nightmare.

Unfortunately I cannot use this app reliably right now. There are so many glitches and moments where the app freezes. Face ID login does not work for me at all, once it accepts my face the app just stays on the login screen and I cannot get into the app. Once I am able to get in, the app gets stuck quite often and I have to close out and restart my phone to try again. It’s much more of a hassle than helpful right now. Currently using on up to date iPhone 12 with most recently updated Athena One app.
