Building Trades Credit Union Reviews

I tried several times to connect my accounts with BuildingTradesCreditUnion. I was excited about mobile banking through my credit union as I have mobile banking through Wells Fargo. I would go through the trouble of filling out the application for mobile banking and BuildingTradesCreditUnion would continually leave me at a dead end where there would be some sort of error. Also, while filling out the application, half of the screen was obscured by a message box, so you would have to X out of it to go to the next application box. Very frustrating! I had no issue applying for my Wells Fargo mobile app; it was very intuitive.

This is the worst mobile banking I’ve seen yet. It’s not a clear format on anything. Can’t see a clear difference when it come to a deposit or a charge, they look the same. U can only see 5 transactions at a time and not 3 months let alone one month at a time. But u get charged if u want to do a paper statement. Can’t say I’m happy with this anything about this CU other than its 5 minutes from where I live....whenever I try to do any banking with them it’s takes more than 20 minutes, either in person or on BuildingTradesCreditUnion . Idky it has to be so complicated

They have no problem holding your money but good luck getting it from them when you need it

BuildingTradesCreditUnion is still crashing when I try to make a deposit. I think it's time to find another bank
