Won’t give me access to bill pay and Zelle. If I use the transfer feature, it takes days and days for the money to show up in the other bank account. Often decides it doesn’t want to use face i.d. Chat support is unhelpful with bill pay/zelle; they tell me to disable pop up blocker. Which is disabled, but the feature still doesn’t work.
My app won’t even let me see my bank account balance bc it keeps saying refresh app and sign disclosure but it doesn’t let me get in to sign it. Waste of time and now I have to go to the bank and fix it which is the point of an app so I don’t have to go to the bank!!!
What was the purpose of the update if you all was gonna take everything away. . I’ve been banking with the company for over 10 yrs but this update has definitely ruined it for me. Guess I’ll be taking my services else where !!!
The new update is terrible! I never get notifications as I once had. Yes, I enabled all the settings again. Balance does NOT update in real time! Seems like we’ve went 10 years back in technology but with a new look.
I like the new app design and all but I don’t see Zelle in here anymore? Has it been removed completely?
Colony idiots not prepared for update. Can’t see accounts for second day in a row because some moron decided to “improve” something that worked fine. Only giving one star because that’s the lowest ColonyBank allows me to give.
Great start to the new app…… won’t recognize my information for my business account what a joke.
I can’t access my account half the time. Transactions appear and disappear. Can’t access statements on ColonyBank . Appears someone sold Colony a bill of goods and customers are paying the price.
Disclosure messages keeps popping up and you have to delete them re install to look at it . Really needs to fix this problem

I can never get in without changing my account number. Face ID ONLY WORKS SOMETIMES. It’s very annoying to go thru that procedure every time.
“Please refresh and accept disclosure to sign in to ColonyBank ” I get kicked out of ColonyBank and this message pops up every now and again. Help!
App is a wonderful improvement from the previous app. It did take a few days to work out the kinks when transitioning but well worth it. Highly recommend ColonyBank!!
This is a great app! It's very easy to use and very convenient! Much easier than logging onto the website on from your iPhone! I highly recommend ColonyBank. if you are like me and keep up with your banking from your phone!
Colony Bank is a great place to bank. They are very friendly and knowledgeable.
The only issue I would say is rarely it won’t let you login and comes back online in a couple hours. Only happened Like maybe three times since I first got ColonyBank prolly two years ago. Other than that, easy to use, no complaints.
