I have used Merlin in the windows version for some time as research tool. However the Iphone and Ipad versions keep crashing. Now I cannot even open it.

Merlin's functionality is solid, but the intrusive ads hinder user experience. Constant interruptions detract from its usefulness. A less intrusive approach to advertising would greatly improve MerlinAI .

It’s giving me chatGPT 4o, but it’s missing the essential memory feature so I always have to start over from scratch in each chat. There is no memorizing of my home city, my favorite recipe format, my metric preference and so forth. That takes away a certain amount of functionality. Minus 1 star.

Also it doesn’t have the helpful voice chat feature that’s in the chatGPT iOS app, which is extremely useful while chatting while active doing things. Furthermore the read aloud function doesn’t use chatGPT’s advanced voice but instead the somewhat inferior system voice. Minus 2 stars.

The latest version says you can pin chats to the Home Screen… how? Is it a secret?

I wish it would tout security features and privacy preservation. Wherein we could effectively build a guaranteed private LLM that can interact with the public ones without revealing data or tiering data access. Hopefully something Nillion can support. Private miniature LLMs vs Merlin made or community made models that lack the depth of prompt and data layering without replicating efforts each time.

Lots of upside potential not where I’d like it to be but their support was dope. All in all tbd on if it’s worth the annual license but it is a very actionable and great documentation tool for remote and on premise settings.

I love this application. However, with the new update I am struggling with trying to navigate MerlinAI . There is no “edit” option in chats anymore, and it’s frustrating having to open a new chat. This exists on desktop, but with the chatbots, you are only able to use ChatGPT 3.5 and 4.

I pay for this application and use it, I kid you not, 24/7 before the update. I would love this feature to be added! It’s much easier to go back in chat and edit or delete responses!!

I’m absolutely in love with Merlin! Only reason I gave 4 stars is MerlinAI doesn’t have the same capabilities as the browser version. Is there a plan to bring the Projects capability currently available on the web browser version to MerlinAI ? It would be a definite 5 stars then. I’m a fan of everything you guys are doing. Honestly, I think this is the best app I’ve ever used. When people disliked MerlinAI , it means they didn’t get to try it yet!! That’s all I have to say!!!

MerlinAI is so complete. Everything works exactly as advertised, being able to play with different AI models to get the best results really help streamline everything due to its efficiency. Both desktop portal and app are outstanding and getting PRO was the best decision ever. The best assistant unlimited requests, plus image generator. Seems too good to be true, yet its not! Don't hesitate with this one!

For the price of subscribing to one AI platform, you can subscribe to all of them with Merlin. I use MerlinAI daily. I sometimes use the same prompt with different platforms to compare and contrast the differences in responses. I also appreciate the starter templates to help you craft the perfect prompt.

I'm quite puzzled as to why Merlin AI doesn't seem to be popular. I think it's the most user - friendly AI tool I've ever used. The project and craft functions are extremely user - friendly for those in China who can't use Claude. I'm really worried that Merlin AI might suspend its service due to insufficient user numbers.
