Whenever I try to open the app it's shows "Network disconnected. Please check your network".

Hi! I’ve been using HiTV app for awhile now and it’s such a great app,but unfortunately it stopped working suddenly.. every time i open it, there’s a message asking to download the latest update.. when i hit the button to download the update it takes me to the App Store and I can’t find the app there to update or even open …would you help me please fixing this issue!! Thanks a lot
