LovingKindness is free, the other apps in this series are free. They all offer a three day free trial—which you can cancel to use an ad supported version. This one sneakily, and arbitrarily, isn’t actually a free trial, and just charges you for the year, and should offer you a refund when you instantly cancel it as you’re able to do with all the others.

I liked the idea of LovingKindness so I downloaded LovingKindness last night. However, it’s too hard for me to get the sound to play. There are not adequate instructions. Therefore, I am cancelling it.

Tried clicking on LovingKindness support your Page is never available… I want to delete names I added but I can’t. What gives.. you want peoples money but we can’t contact you.

App speaks about loving and forgiving my enemies (people i dislike are those who truly hurt me) more than loving myself. I shouldn’t have to forgive those who hurt me. I love and stand up for myself enough to acknowledge the actions they have done to hurt me are actions I did not deserve. Therefore, forgiveness has its limits.

I downloaded LovingKindness as a part of a bundle. I wanted to see how LovingKindness worked so I approved the subscription with the intent of canceling as soon as I can to enjoy the three day trial. Then make my decision. There must not be a three day trial because I was instantly charged and now I’m trying to get a refund. So needless to say I haven’t been able to enjoy it as much as I had hoped and also beware of who’s name you put in for who you don’t like because you get to see it quite often.

Every time after I changed names from my groups, then back to the main page, the keyboard just won’t go away. I have to turn off LovingKindness and open it again.

I turned LovingKindness language into Russian, but I faced two problems:
1) the positive messages still appears in English or Spanish, while I want to read them in Russian.
2) when I change LovingKindness language to Russian I lost the ability to change the content preferences

Great app but too many during the day

You should be able to remove names that were added. Deleting & removing LovingKindness is a hassle & it shouldn’t be that difficult.
Otherwise I love LovingKindness . Please make the changes.

I get more notifications about loved ones and those who I dislike than myself

Good app, purchasing non-subscriptions though is insanely confusing. I don’t know if they offer it and once you accidentally sign up for the free trial you have to wait to try to switch to a lifetime option. Wish they were more transparent with their options.

There should be a way to change the names of the people you entered when downloading LovingKindness . Other then that it’s a great app. Having to delete it and download it losing all my personal mantas to change the names seems crazy.

What is the difference in the “I AM” app and this one? I have previously used the first.

It's so calming and relaxing. It came at just the right time in my life. I highly recommend to anyone who is struggling with mental health.

Over came a lot of pain and past trauma using this application to be kind to myself.

I purchased this and I love that you can personalize it if you want to. I also have the motivation app and both just pop up on my Apple Watch. I just love it. The Love and Kindness app has so many beautiful sayings. I almost put all of them as my favorites!! I will definitely repurchase it next year when my subscription runs out.
