Hi, I was logged out of The Rosarium app and I couldn’t log back in. Tried to change my password but the email link kept telling me it was out of date or invalid.

How to fix The Rosarium app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the The Rosarium app on iPhone
Update The Rosarium app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall The Rosarium iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix The Rosarium on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve The Rosarium network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

The Rosarium Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix The Rosarium not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the The Rosarium App
1. On android, goto Settings » The Rosarium » click [Force Stop]

Update The Rosarium to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear The Rosarium App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » The Rosarium » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart The Rosarium.

Fix The Rosarium unable to contact server/ The Rosarium internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click The Rosarium » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto The Rosarium » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch The Rosarium
