How to fix Sing app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Sing app on iPhone
Update Sing app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Sing iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Sing on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Sing network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Sing Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Sing not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Sing App
1. On android, goto Settings » Sing » click [Force Stop]

Update Sing to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Sing App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Sing » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Sing.

Fix Sing unable to contact server/ Sing internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Sing » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Sing » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Sing
