I wan to make sure my orders wonโ€™t get lost And get cancelled I have a change of address And billing address Can someone get back to me on this issues ? And I want to make sure I donโ€™t have a double membership Thank you

I have forgotten my password and the change password link doesn't want to work. I receive the email and click on the link to change the password (this is almost instantaniously0 but as soon a I click the link it tells me the token is expired. I wouldn't be too concerned and make another account but i have paid for premium and don't want to loose that. I have emailed the info@ email and they told me it was fixed but i tried and it wasn't. I emailed back again explaining and now they wont reply. Am I speaking to the wrong people?

Love the idea of the app for facilitating communication with The Rose, but it feels like it was released before it was ready. Notifications are anywhere from 10 minutes to HOURS late, if they get sent out at all. There are no notifications for new comments or likes on your posts. There is no way to see who has liked your posts or tag someone when you want to reply directly to them. There is still no way to delete your posts. There is no way to zoom in on photos. A lot of these things are pretty standard for social media and communication apps, and yet they are absent from this one. Add on top of all these tech issues the fact that to even access almost all of the features you have to pay $30 for the premium membership makes for a pretty disappointing overall experience.
