I can’t even access Relief after using my phone number I get a spinning wheel and that’s it.
Have been trying to login thru codes sent to my phone nothing works. When I do get on Relief , and I try to use the this app features I just get a spinning wheel every time.
I thought this was a budgeting app and going to help me budget save and pay off my debt… they only seem to be concerned with the debt part and nothing else plus there payment plans are ridiculous. They wanted me to pay off 38,000 dollars of debt (all I owe) in four months. Like Relief would be great if it had a feature where it analyze your bank account showed where your monthly expenses were where you could save where you could add more to your debt, but it doesn’t.

Dealing with my debt has always stressed me out. It also is intimidating getting on the phone with these companies and trying to work something out with them. this app made it easy to set up plans I could actually afford directly with my creditors and I didn’t even need to get on the phone.
