Got in with Synergy FCU about 3 months before this major overhaul in the mobile app and it has been horrendous. There was no longer the ability to schedule auto payments for my loan. Yes the auto payments I had setup came to a stop. I had to walk into the bank monthly to make a payment for nearly 6 months. Then they had to send me a link to setup auto payment. There is still no way to edit or cancel this via the mobile app. It's been over a year. I can't add an external institution to transfer funds. I can't send Zelle payments to my other banks.

Once I'm done with my loan here I will never return. In this day and age, mobile banking is important and they blew it

The old interface was so much better.

SynergyFCU is HORRIBLE, it never works I’m getting ready to close this account because I can never use SynergyFCU

Zero heads up! New app is tasteless and boring. They also took out Zelle app .

This new app roll out has absolutely taken all trust I have with this bank. I cannot get a hold of them for my financial needs. What if I have an emergency where I need to pull some money but can’t because they are IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of. Zelle is no longer available with the new app and it’s literally useless. I have left many voicemails for me to
Receive a call back and it’s been DAYS! What if there was fraud on my account and it wiped everything I got? Can’t get a hold of these people and it’s extremely disturbing and frustrating. Overall, I’m very unsatisfied with this institution.

App never maintains login credentials. Users also can’t make a payment to an account using an external bank account. Please fix these issues.

SynergyFCU is the worst. Here it is the weekend and can’t get into SynergyFCU . Changed my password and nothing still can’t get in. Oh and did I forget CANT CALL ANYONE FOR HELP BECAUSE ITS CLOSED SAT AND SUN. This is ridiculous. Bring the old app back. Security Service FCU here I come

Destroyed the perfectly good user interface with this. You need to fire the devs and the management that pushed this through. Major downgrade. A CU with no branches CANNOT limit its users by SynergyFCU in any manner. You owe it to your members to provide a substantive app with great flexibility. Get it!? You don’t have branches therefore you MUST have a working app.

Where do I start! This is a complete piece of garbage. Both SynergyFCU and the online banking. How could a CU roll out something that is this terrible and obviously not ready to launch. No Zelle, very limited on everything else. I can’t even check for transactions if they were before the recent transactions list. I’m at my wits end. About to change banks over this piece of junk. Roll everything back or increase the functionality pronto!

With the old app I was able to transfer funds to a different account. I am unable to transfer with SynergyFCU. As a result I have to drive 20 miles to my bank.

6/22/24 updated my app and it stopped working-again

Almost back to useable like it was before.

Although SynergyFCU works on an iPad , the screen size stays the same as if you are on a phone. Terrible unless I’m missing information to adjust th screen size.
