How to fix SuperQi app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the SuperQi app on iPhone
Update SuperQi app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall SuperQi iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix SuperQi on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve SuperQi network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

SuperQi Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix SuperQi not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the SuperQi App
1. On android, goto Settings » SuperQi » click [Force Stop]

Update SuperQi to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SuperQi App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » SuperQi » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart SuperQi.

Fix SuperQi unable to contact server/ SuperQi internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click SuperQi » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto SuperQi » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch SuperQi
