I got two products fairly easily. However one of them was falsely advertised so I could not make a video of it (weight limit of product was off by 70 pounds). The seller admitted to the false advertisement and absolved me of any commitment. TikTok took care of it on their end however, this app has still not done anything on their end and it still shows I have not met the content criteria. The product either needs to be removed from my profile so I can get a different sample or I need to receive credit for it. Otherwise I have no way of ordering any further samples through them. I sent messages 10 days ago and they responded once asking what I’d like to do and then just stopped responding. I’ve sent two additional messages with no response.
Another problem is that you can not easily find products. There is no search or any way to really search through products other than large/broad categories and just scrolling.
All in all I’ve given it two stars because it has a good concept but needs tinkering and needs better support. And at the end of the day I can’t use YooFinds because of errors and lack of communication on their end.

I downloaded YooFinds about a year ago. It was great in the beginning and honestly about up until a couple months ago. It was a great way for people to get samples especially starting out and connect with brands. But now it seems like nothing gets approved. All samples get cancelled without explanation or take days to approve. Almost every product won’t let me request anymore even though my gmv and everything much surpasses the minimum. Their chat is basically useless and you HAVE to download/have WhatsApp. Probably going to uninstall I’ve been a long time user and it’s still might be helpful for beginners on TikTok shop but not longtime users.

I joined YooFinds in early October & it helped me tremendously! I got some awesome products that helped me start getting sales on tiktok. But then, they had an update in early November that that made it to where I can't request samples at all anymore because users are now required to have a minimum GMV of $1000 when that wasnt in place when I signed up. Now I can't request samples at all anymore. Along with that, almost all the products now have GMV requirements. All the progress I was making has ceased. The new version was a major mistake. Most people join YooFinds to start gaining GMV, not because they already have GMV accumulated! 5 stars to the previous version! Not this one tho.

I got YooFinds and it has okay products that you can review, but there is no customer service. No way to contact the sellers or customer help. They are also ALL products that you can’t review without meeting qualifications. So unless you are a macro influencer it’s really not worth it unless you’re willing to promote things you never really see online.

It’s easy to navigate and work YooFinds but getting samples since the last update has become extremely hard. Trying to reach support is always very hard, no one seems to message back. Even with the update towards the samples, a lot of the criteria I know for a fact I meet but I still can’t get the sample.

YooFinds was a great idea and has a decent design but it has never shown my correct stats so I can not apply for some of the samples I qualify for. It’s showing my gmv as $0 always. It’s never shown any different which is not correct.

I understand time zones and answering at different times but lots of times my messages go unanswered. The only time I’ve gotten answers is when it showed I did not so my sample content when I did.

YooFinds is ok. It works great to get faster samples and great items. Sadly it also has quite a few problems. Not much for tech support, they answer slowly and usually at 1am my time or after. That really needs improvement. And at times it doesn’t say I have completed a task by making a video when I have. Those are being worked on I have been informed so I hope to improvement over time.

There are alot of things to choose from on YooFinds . However there is no way to quickly search for a specific item quickly you have to go through each type of product group to find what you may or may not be looking for tools are extremely limited absolutely no hand tools on a better note for promoters, your commission goes up on products Also, I have noticed an uptick and excepted samples for promotion

Fast shipping and fast approvals. Just wish I could contact an email or something for customer service. Feel lucky that this worked for a few really good products that sell!

The fact that you get free samples and they are fast approval and fast delivery . I do have a problem is if you have an issue with something the chat, they do not answer you and to level up is very hard. it says one thing but does another. I should be on level three but I’ve been stuck on level two now for a long time, even though I have sales. Nobody will answer my questions in the chat. So that’s why I’m a little bit disappointed not very good communication.

I’ve been an influencer for years. this app is the best app out there if you’re needing samples for content. YooFinds has such a huge variety of samples to choose from. Customer support is also amazing, helpful and friendly. Thank you so much this app!

YooFinds is amazing it has helped me immensely as a new creator! I started got my first 2 samples did my reviews leveled up to 5 samples a week later made a few sales and now I’m on level 3 and it’s 10 samples!! I LOVE this app! They’re amazing and so easy to work with. Will definitely be recommending. 💜

I love YooFinds. Easy to request samples for TikTok and not have to wait weeks to be approved. You know within 10 mins and few times I’ve waited a day. Customer service takes care of everything pretty fast too. Love love love YooFinds.

If you are a TTS affiliate, and want support with getting samples, this is YooFinds for you. Samples are approved quickly and a lot of times easier to get them versus trying on your own. They also offer ad support to boost your videos. Using YooFinds has helped me so much as an affiliate. I’m glad I came across it. Highly recommend!
