I got two products fairly easily. However one of them was falsely advertised so I could not make a video of it (weight limit of product was off by 70 pounds). The seller admitted to the false advertisement and absolved me of any commitment. TikTok took care of it on their end however, YooFinds has still not done anything on their end and it still shows I have not met the content criteria. The product either needs to be removed from my profile so I can get a different sample or I need to receive credit for it. Otherwise I have no way of ordering any further samples through them. I sent messages 10 days ago and they responded once asking what I’d like to do and then just stopped responding. I’ve sent two additional messages with no response.
Another problem is that you can not easily find products. There is no search or any way to really search through products other than large/broad categories and just scrolling.
All in all I’ve given it two stars because it has a good concept but needs tinkering and needs better support. And at the end of the day I can’t use the app because of errors and lack of communication on their end.

I downloaded this app about a year ago. It was great in the beginning and honestly about up until a couple months ago. It was a great way for people to get samples especially starting out and connect with brands. But now it seems like nothing gets approved. All samples get cancelled without explanation or take days to approve. Almost every product won’t let me request anymore even though my gmv and everything much surpasses the minimum. Their chat is basically useless and you HAVE to download/have WhatsApp. Probably going to uninstall I’ve been a long time user and it’s still might be helpful for beginners on TikTok shop but not longtime users.

I joined this app in early October & it helped me tremendously! I got some awesome products that helped me start getting sales on tiktok. But then, they had an update in early November that that made it to where I can't request samples at all anymore because users are now required to have a minimum GMV of $1000 when that wasnt in place when I signed up. Now I can't request samples at all anymore. Along with that, almost all the products now have GMV requirements. All the progress I was making has ceased. The new version was a major mistake. Most people join this app to start gaining GMV, not because they already have GMV accumulated! 5 stars to the previous version! Not this one tho.
