I’ve never made a review before for any game on the App Store but after what happened to me I feel like it’s needed. I saw this app through play Just Play games and most of the ads shows are pretty fake games who just want to take your money. This one looked interesting to me though and looked more legit than the other ads so I gave it a shot. I made an account and didn’t put all my real information just in case if they were stealing information like most of those ads do. I deposited $25 and was able to win and get up to 50. In order to redeem I had to do the verification process so I sent support a message kindly asking if I could just change the personal info of my account to match my credentials. I woke up to my account permanently banned. All I’m going to say is be careful with this app I guess even if you have funds to withdraw they can permanently ban you for anything they seem fit even if all that is is changing a few personal details on my account. I’ve played on Stake for several years, they use the exact same slot apps. The odds on this platform are completely rigged in comparison to Stake offering the same slots. The app will constantly try to sell you additional coins, and loop you in with daily rewards. You could earn rewards for weeks on end but the slots on here will instantly turn your balance into zero. Doesn’t make sense, and I don’t know how Apple is allowing this, considering it’s a gateway for minors to get into gambling. It would be one thing if the odds were true, but this app is going to give minors the wrong impression and slowly turn them into gambling addicts constantly trying to chase down fake currency. They also have currency on the app you can use to cash out for real money. Each instant I’ve tried using their second currency it’s the exact same results, it will literally take your balance down to 0 every time with no odds of keeping balance, it’s a shame it’s a scam and the folks running this app should be in prison.

I have all the chat logs saved of this crooked app. Every time I tried to withdraw my winnings some random issue of “oh problem with your name, your address, oh it must be your bank, not our problem” which all of my information was correct, I deposit and withdraw money the same way with my work, bills, other online games and more. Only an issue for them. Their only resolution is for me to download some new money app I never heard of (Skrillz) and give them all my info like I gave CrownCoins and hope that works. Despite having over a week long chat of never ending problems they refuse to fix it, honor any withdrawal requests or even refund anything. Just blaming me and my bank for it not working and telling me to download Skrillz and hope that works. Plus it takes 24hours per chat message response. I guess they are very very busy with so many other upset people. 👎
