I have all the chat logs saved of this crooked app. Every time I tried to withdraw my winnings some random issue of “oh problem with your name, your address, oh it must be your bank, not our problem” which all of my information was correct, I deposit and withdraw money the same way with my work, bills, other online games and more. Only an issue for them. Their only resolution is for me to download some new money app I never heard of (Skrillz) and give them all my info like I gave CrownCoins and hope that works. Despite having over a week long chat of never ending problems they refuse to fix it, honor any withdrawal requests or even refund anything. Just blaming me and my bank for it not working and telling me to download Skrillz and hope that works. Plus it takes 24hours per chat message response. I guess they are very very busy with so many other upset people. 👎

I used to really enjoy CrownCoinsCasino and then one day it just became very shady. I spent 10 dollars on two separate 4.99 bundles and was charged for three and only received one. Went to try and get help from the 24h support desk. It was mostly some automated response and still has yet to be handled by someone real. Customer service quality it’s based on your vip level. For me I’m happy it was only 5 bucks I lost out on good thing for Apple Pay otherwise I think they would have just taken the extra money and I’d be out 10 but it could have easily been 200 I had put in and the outcome of the situation and the service/support would still be the same. Regardless of the amount you should always be given what your purchasing and as of now and from what my purchase statements show. There taking your money and not giving you your purchases.

I’ve never made a review before for any game on CrownCoinsCasino Store but after what happened to me I feel like it’s needed. I saw CrownCoinsCasino through play Just Play games and most of the ads shows are pretty fake games who just want to take your money. This one looked interesting to me though and looked more legit than the other ads so I gave it a shot. I made an account and didn’t put all my real information just in case if they were stealing information like most of those ads do. I deposited $25 and was able to win and get up to 50. In order to redeem I had to do the verification process so I sent support a message kindly asking if I could just change the personal info of my account to match my credentials. I woke up to my account permanently banned. All I’m going to say is be careful with CrownCoinsCasino I guess even if you have funds to withdraw they can permanently ban you for anything they seem fit even if all that is is changing a few personal details on my account. I’ve played on Stake for several years, they use the exact same slot apps. The odds on this platform are completely rigged in comparison to Stake offering the same slots. CrownCoinsCasino will constantly try to sell you additional coins, and loop you in with daily rewards. You could earn rewards for weeks on end but the slots on here will instantly turn your balance into zero. Doesn’t make sense, and I don’t know how Apple is allowing this, considering it’s a gateway for minors to get into gambling. It would be one thing if the odds were true, but CrownCoinsCasino is going to give minors the wrong impression and slowly turn them into gambling addicts constantly trying to chase down fake currency. They also have currency on CrownCoinsCasino you can use to cash out for real money. Each instant I’ve tried using their second currency it’s the exact same results, it will literally take your balance down to 0 every time with no odds of keeping balance, it’s a shame it’s a scam and the folks running CrownCoinsCasino should be in prison.

It’s called CrownCoin Casino…. where does the S in the logo come from?!?!? If you say the S in casino, you’re the worst kind of person. This bothers me so much because have no design skills or background and could have made a better logo, but you probably hired someone to make that terrible design for you. Since I’m guessing you don’t believe that I could do a better job, let me give you this advice for free, instead of an S (that clearly doesn’t belong) put another C (that does belongs and makes sense in being in the logo, unlike the S that the idiot designer put in there for you) in the second circle, then highlight the curvature where the circles meet to make another C and wah-lah, you have three C’s for the name of your app, in the same logo you have!! Fire whoever designed your logo LOL

I played the crown coins app for months now. I actually hit for around $100 and actually had it up to $130 but spent it back down to $50 which is the threshold for cashing out. I’ve been trying for days and days to cash out and it never works. Customer service is responsive but hasn’t been able to deliver! They ask me for videos of my trying to redeem and required me to send in driver’s license and other information and I did . They keep trying to get me to cash out using skrill and I don’t have it and don’t want it. I’ll update if something changes but I wouldn’t put money on here unless you want to give it away!!!!! They never fixed the problem and forced me to cash out through skill. Skill cost me $5.50 to put money into my bank and crown coins didn’t even say sorry or offer anything to make up for it so I wouldn’t recommend them to put money on their site!

The games are fun and entertaining and have a lot of promise with new games always being added. The payouts have been atrocious or at most times nonexistent. The latest was going $40 with barely a hint of a win and then tried a $60 buy bonus and won$1.26. While I understand it’s a gamble and you will lose some. That wasn’t a lose but a robbery. There is definitely something wrong with the algorithm. Have asked for payout %’s and won’t publish it. I have dealt with customer service and I give them 4 stars for trying to help. They did give $14 free play but as to be expected won nothing from it. I keep trying to give this site a chance and it keeps letting me down. I’ve had CrownCoinsCasino downloaded for almost 3 weeks now and I’ve had some pretty good wins and was able to cash out after proof of id..and thought would take a least a week to receive my pay but it took literally 24hrs. Super amazing for that. As I mentioned I’ve had some losses but did win a few hundred so super excited with CrownCoinsCasino. I must add that when more $ put into…the more you can cash out!!! What an incredible experience. I was playing and hit a mega jackpot for over 7k and I was able to cash out and confirm they are legit.
