Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever LokIok app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix LokIok app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the LokIok app on iPhone
Update LokIok app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall LokIok iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix LokIok on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve LokIok network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix LokIok not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent LokIok app issues:

Force Stop the LokIok App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click LokIok app. » click "Force Stop".

Update LokIok to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear LokIok App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "LokIok app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch LokIok.

Fix LokIok unable to contact server/ LokIok internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click LokIok » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got LokIok » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch LokIok on android.
