You need to make MelaleucaShopping work on tablets with full screen. Phone screen on the tablet just doesn’t cut it.
MelaleucaShopping . Not the products.
MelaleucaShopping timed out several times, losing my progress, before I gave up and just used the website. (Which is an acceptable experience at best)
They obviously used a third party, web framework built by an inexperienced team. Seriously, what’s the point of a native app if you’re not going to use native OS components?
I love the thought of MelaleucaShopping . I’ve been hoping to get away from ordering online for a looooong time. However, MelaleucaShopping is in major need of improvement. Lots of failed loading screens, had to close out of MelaleucaShopping several times and reopen to get pages to load, and app would not allow my order to submit, no matter how many times I reloaded and pushed submit order. Ended up having to log in online anyways just to push submit order.
There is no way to navigate to anything. Pretty much useless. Needs some fixing.
Almost impossible to order anything through MelaleucaShopping. The circle of death just spins.
The UI is too sensitive. Screen touch sensitivity needs to be adjusted. When scrolling, MelaleucaShopping thinks I’m clicking on a link. Then I have to go back and I’ve lost my place scrolling - so I have to scroll again and then thinks I’m clicking something else.
MelaleucaShopping has a lot of bugs and is glitchy. Spinning wheel while loading pages and takes a long time to load. Went back to using old app by adding website to home screen on my iPhone. Please make these fixes. Thank you!
Please increase the viewable screen size larger for tablets. Thx!
MelaleucaShopping is very easy to use, but the website is much better! I love being able to add products to my cart from MelaleucaShopping during the month as I need things.
The login page could use a little more improvement (visible scroll bar) and I wish that there were 2FA features, but other than that MelaleucaShopping is running very well so far!
I have been using Melaleuca products for 4 years now and I feel so much healthier! Having a clean home since using their nontoxic cleaning products, coupled with their supplements and health boosting immunity bundles have made all the difference!
I’ve switched everything over to this brand and now use literally 13 products every morning on my normal routine before work. Thor coffee is fantastic! I also love the essential oil collection as well as the soy candies. I could go on for hours…
