How to fix Sogni app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Sogni app on iPhone
Update Sogni app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Sogni iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Sogni on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Sogni network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Sogni Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Sogni not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Sogni App
1. On android, goto Settings » Sogni » click [Force Stop]

Update Sogni to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Sogni App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Sogni » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Sogni.

Fix Sogni unable to contact server/ Sogni internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Sogni » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Sogni » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
