my iArtbook keeps on crashing when I use the bucket and draw idk how to fix this and it’s very annoying

Здравствуйте, я случайно удалила две важные кисти( добавила их в набор а потом его удалила вместе с кистями и они пропали везде) можно ли их как то восстановить или перезагрузить все кисти? помогите срочно!!!🙏🙏

I have been using it for my recent artwork and I have been having trouble today as every time I try to exit one drawing, the app closes and when I try to color select the app freezes, it's strange enough that it's on one drawing only as my others are fine. I’ve tried restarting and updating my device but it doesn’t seem to work, I would really appreciate the help!

Hello! I've been using iartbook for awhile now, and one time when i opened the app it suddenly just stopped working. The app itself worked fine, but everytime i would try and draw on the canvas, nothing would show up. Adding layers and changing the brush color works, but everything i put on the canvas didnt show up. I love using iartbook and i would love to be using it again, please help 🙏

Hi! few of my brush are not working, it doesnt appear on my past and recent arts. i did set the canvas size, resetting my brushes and i've restarted my phone & reduce my storage too but it still doesnt work on mine.

I cant see my time lapse video! I restart the app but the option doesnt appear.

As I’ve used the “shapes” tool recently, it doesn’t close circles and when I draw a line it stops short when I pick my pencil up. Am I doing something wrong or is there a way I can make it go back to the way it used to be? LOVE the app- I use it for everything…but this is super frustrating. Thanks.

My Apple Pencil is lagging behind but only in this app. How do I fix it?

hello!! ive been using your app for over a year now and just recently purchased iartbook pro, its the only app i use! recently (as in within the past 24 hours) ive been unable to use the reference image feature. when i click on any image in my gallery, it completely freezes up. refreshing the app doesnt work, and this doesnt happen with any of my other apps, only iartbook. i have no idea whats going on here, but id really like to use the reference image feature again. thanks :D

Hi, For some odd reason the app would crash / wouldn’t let me open up my folder that are filled with some of my drawings. I’ve tried to reset my phone but that didn’t work. If there’s any solutions or ways I could safely recover my drawings from the folder then that would be great! Thank you.

It's not letting me downloaded it. It doesn't even show the download button

Hi, I really love this app however the screen frequently freezes and I can’t do anything with it - even when I turn the iPad off it takes a good thirty seconds to do so! I am certain it is an app problem because it only happens on that app and it doesn’t matter if I use my phone or my iPad to do so.

Dear IArtbook, I've been using your amazing program on my Ipad for awhile, but recently, it's started to malfunction. Whenever I try to draw something, no matter the layer I'm on or the tool, it always erases instead of drawing. I've reset the app multiple times and reset all settings as well, but am still unable to draw on your app. Sincerely, Rachel Gat

Let me start by saying I love this app. Loved it from the moment I installed it. But I've been having big issues got quite a while with it. It randomly just freezes. It glitches. It stops working at random and I'm pretty sure it's not my iPad because this doesn't happen with any other app

when I want to upload a certain picture, the page keeps crashing. like the screen freezes or the picture isn't even there. I can't touch anything on the screen and my ipad doesn't even lock when I press the lock button. however I do not face these problems with any other images. (the images were taken with my iPad camera the same way so I don't know what's the problem)
