My problem is that the button to watch an AD to get credits does not do anything. Same goes for other tools that require me to watch an AD first. Nothing happens and I can't use those tools or get more credits

How to fix Dreamerland app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Dreamerland app on iPhone
Update Dreamerland app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Dreamerland iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Dreamerland on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Dreamerland network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Dreamerland Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Dreamerland not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Dreamerland App
1. On android, goto Settings » Dreamerland » click [Force Stop]

Update Dreamerland to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Dreamerland App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Dreamerland » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Dreamerland.

Fix Dreamerland unable to contact server/ Dreamerland internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Dreamerland » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Dreamerland » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Dreamerland
