FunPass doesn't even show how many tickets you have. That should be the very first thing it does. This is a greedy company more focused on profits than anything else
I purchased a this app at the fair , I tried to scan it into my account , it gives a green check mark but there is no area to enter the PIN number. When I click “load” it comes back invalid pin , but I was never given the option to enter the pin. Also I have no way to remove old used passes from previous years. Not a well made APP.
It locked me out I tried going through the password reset then says account not found . Try to register again then says account already exists . Stuck in an endless loop.
When I try to buy passes, I keep getting a screen that says “no refunds” but no way to make the purchase. I tried several times and even deleting and reinstalling and nothing. Unusable.
Went on one ride and it charged me 6x as if I went on the same ride 6 times at the same time. Had to go to guest services to get a refund and a new card. FunPass is absolutely trash. Beware that every scan will charge you 6x!!! What a scam.
FunPass is annoying because the only payment method is Apple Pay and having to add that if you never use it is a HUGE hassle.
App is terrible. What’s the point if I can’t buy ticket off FunPass ?
I came to carnival with my family on Saturday and the lines were long as to be expected at the ticket boxes. Saw the QR code to download FunPass and it was so easy. Quick download, purchased tickets and off we were to play our first game. Didn’t win a prize this time around, but won with FunPass !

Got FunPass to buy all my carnival tickets for family and friends. So easy. Didn’t have to wait in any lines and could start riding right away. The games are so much fun.
Easy to use and better than paper tickets!
Simply and easy to use. Using apple pay in FunPass makes it more convenient to use than pulling my card out in the middle of the fair.
