How to fix Widgify app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Widgify app on iPhone
Update Widgify app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Widgify iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Widgify on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Widgify network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Widgify Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Widgify not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Widgify App
1. On android, goto Settings » Widgify » click [Force Stop]

Update Widgify to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Widgify App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Widgify » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Widgify.

Fix Widgify unable to contact server/ Widgify internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Widgify » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Widgify » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
