How to fix ArtScreen app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ArtScreen app on iPhone
Update ArtScreen app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ArtScreen iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ArtScreen on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ArtScreen network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

ArtScreen Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix ArtScreen not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the ArtScreen App
1. On android, goto Settings » ArtScreen » click [Force Stop]

Update ArtScreen to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ArtScreen App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ArtScreen » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ArtScreen.

Fix ArtScreen unable to contact server/ ArtScreen internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ArtScreen » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ArtScreen » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ArtScreen
