Charged but order didn’t go through.

Ordered through MyBurgerApp . Order went through Apple Pay, and I was charged. Store didn’t get the order. Waited at store for an hour for them to make the food. Store is aware of this issue as a frequent one.
Where the flaw is, they aren’t sure. Seems like a failure with Apple and the restaurant.

It doesn’t make sense sometimes. Could not cancel some items and it kept saying it needed more time. Just not easy and could use more clear messages. Thank you.

MyBurgerApp was very finicky
Delivery System Is Flawed

The delivery system seems to give the orders to DoorDash, but it doesn’t seem fully automated. I submitted an order with a correct address, but after a few calls from the driver, I was shown a completely incorrect address in the DoorDash system.
Both the house number and street number had single letter typos that made it impossible for the driver to locate me. I have to assume the only way this would occur is a human poorly typing in the address given to the MyBurger app.
Your special instructions do not exist

Got in a kind of heated one with this dumb kid behind the counter. He told me there is no special instructions field on MyBurgerApp . So I just started ordering on it in front of him and showed him THE WORTHLESS SPOT THAT CANT BE READ. He didn’t like being wrong but really the customer loses here. The food is fine but MyBurgerApp and the customer service attitude needs a lot of work.
