Close and restart the NaviGator app on iPhone
Update NaviGator app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall NaviGator iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

To resolve NaviGator network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent NaviGator app issues:

Force Stop the NaviGator App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click NaviGator app. » click "Force Stop".

Update NaviGator to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear NaviGator App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "NaviGator app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch NaviGator.

Fix NaviGator unable to contact server/ NaviGator internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click NaviGator » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got NaviGator » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch NaviGator on android.
