I recently tried to make a purchase which on ShoePalace showed available then when it came time to checkout I was able to do, got the notification saying I’ll get my confirmation shortly sent to my email. The only email I received from them stated my order was cancelled. So I thought it was my credit card so I tried another and received the same message. Tried another credit card and same thing. I sure hope they aren’t recording my card information for fraudulent use. If you do order from ShoePalace please be careful. I immediately deleted ShoePalace !!
Urge all current and new customers to read the online return policy. Very antiquated procedures to get a simple refund/exchange, and no one follows up on the customer service email. Pray that you get what you order and don’t have to deal with a return or exchange.
Tried ordering online multiple times, multiple ways to pay, and got my order cancelled every time. Just doesn’t make sense. Instant delete. Like what’s the purpose of ShoePalace if I can’t place a order and no one to help me. This the only app I’ve ever encountered with a problem like that. And to make matters worse the shoe got sold out. What a waste.
Shoe Palace oversells its products. I placed an order for items that were in stock. However, this company took so long fulfilling orders, they claimed the products were “sold out” and canceled my order. I just went through the reviews for this store and it seems they do this quite often. There’s no reason for this in 2024. I’m very upset as the items they canceled were the reason for my order. Had I known they would partially fulfill the order, I would not have purchased anything at all. Extremely poor business practice. I do not recommend shopping with them.
I had to try my card about 10 times and it wouldn’t work so I tried 2 other cards a few times each and finally the payment went through. About a half hours work. I also called up for assistance from my credit card and they said it must be happening from the site you’re trying to order from.
Great purchases online but a time I go to the store and it’s a lot cheaper either way great buy.

When it comes to a company not only coming thru with HEAT but actually being HONEST!! This is the place to be!!! They were out of sizes on a very very hard to get shoe and when i let shoe palace know i wanted to be notified when it was available they MADE SURE I GOT THAT NOTIFICATION!! Always got heat always on time!!!
