I recently tried to make a purchase which on the app showed available then when it came time to checkout I was able to do, got the notification saying I’ll get my confirmation shortly sent to my email. The only email I received from them stated my order was cancelled. So I thought it was my credit card so I tried another and received the same message. Tried another credit card and same thing. I sure hope they aren’t recording my card information for fraudulent use. If you do order from this app please be careful. I immediately deleted the app!!

Shoe Palace oversells its products. I placed an order for items that were in stock. However, this company took so long fulfilling orders, they claimed the products were “sold out” and canceled my order. I just went through the reviews for this store and it seems they do this quite often. There’s no reason for this in 2024. I’m very upset as the items they canceled were the reason for my order. Had I known they would partially fulfill the order, I would not have purchased anything at all. Extremely poor business practice. I do not recommend shopping with them.

Tried ordering online multiple times, multiple ways to pay, and got my order cancelled every time. Just doesn’t make sense. Instant delete. Like what’s the purpose of the app if I can’t place a order and no one to help me. This the only app I’ve ever encountered with a problem like that. And to make matters worse the shoe got sold out. What a waste.
