How to fix GIO app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the GIO app on iPhone
Update GIO app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall GIO iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix GIO on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve GIO network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Fix GIO not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent GIO app issues:

Force Stop the GIO App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click GIO app. » click "Force Stop".

Update GIO to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear GIO App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "GIO app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch GIO.

Fix GIO unable to contact server/ GIO internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click GIO » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got GIO » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch GIO on android.
