Downloaded this because my U2Air quit working. I filled out the form for support but I can’t submit it because when I try to add the Fault type it says Fault error. This whole process is very frustrating.
Sort of works BUT good luck figuring it out. I can’t get it to turn off when the car is parked and turned off, for example. App is a disaster with absolutely no rhyme or reason. Wish I could return this product…
After installing iOS 17 I needed to pair every time I got in my car. Contacted support which told me to download OttoPilot.
I did. Started the firmware update which failed and bricked my air2.

This thing is a joke. Don't waste your money
Received my U2-Air Pro and attempted to update firmware per the instructions in the user’s manual. My iPhone was never able to connect with the listed server. Found OttoPilot and it connected with the device and server effortlessly. You will have to “forget device” and re-pair in order for the connection between iPhone and vehicle to work.
