Downloaded this because my U2Air quit working. I filled out the form for support but I can’t submit it because when I try to add the Fault type it says Fault error. This whole process is very frustrating.
Regrets

Sort of works BUT good luck figuring it out. I can’t get it to turn off when the car is parked and turned off, for example. App is a disaster with absolutely no rhyme or reason. Wish I could return this product…
Bricked my device

After installing iOS 17 I needed to pair every time I got in my car. Contacted support which told me to download this app.
I did. Started the firmware update which failed and bricked my air2.
