When I launch the game I'm stuck at the launching screen where there's logos(habby concrit). I've tried everything but deleting the game, I'm not sure my account wont disappear if I delete the game, and it won't launch further. Can you help me somehow?

How to fix SOULS app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the SOULS app on iPhone
Update SOULS app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall SOULS iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix SOULS on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve SOULS network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

SOULS Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix SOULS not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the SOULS App
1. On android, goto Settings » SOULS » click [Force Stop]

Update SOULS to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SOULS App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » SOULS » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart SOULS.

Fix SOULS unable to contact server/ SOULS internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click SOULS » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto SOULS » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
