When I launch the game I'm stuck at the launching screen where there's logos(habby concrit). I've tried everything but deleting the game, I'm not sure my account wont disappear if I delete the game, and it won't launch further. Can you help me somehow?

Force Stop the SOULS App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click SOULS app. » click "Force Stop".

Update SOULS to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SOULS App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "SOULS app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch SOULS.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click SOULS » "Force Stop".
