TableOne Reservations Reviews

I first got into using TableOneReservations when I needed help getting reservations at hard-to-get restaurants. It ease my days of having to check Resy everyday and being 1 step slower than everyone else. With the old UI, I get to see empty reservation slots for every restaurant featured on TableOneReservations in live mode.

After their update, while the UI looks aesthetically pleasing to the eye, I don’t get to see reservation slots anymore. I will click on a restaurant and it will show a picture of the restaurant, the statistics of number of pax likely to book for that restaurant, and a button to create an alert. So, if you were late to an alert and even if that slot is still open, you won’t be able to see that slot in TableOneReservations . And they’re charging $9 a month or $49 annually!!! This is outrageous given there was twice in the month that I paid where the live updates went out!!

I don’t think the $9 I spent was worth it at all. In the end, Resy notification alert gave me the reservation that I needed. I wish I can ask for a refund. This is really disappointing.

You can’t even see live reservation availability anymore, which is what made TableOneReservations different. They want you to pay an absurd amount for an “Alert” feature that is available for free on platforms like Resy—which is where restaurants post their reservations in the first place.

I honestly really like TableOneReservations and that’s why I was ok paying for it. However when I open it, I just get a blank screen. I still get the alerts but I can’t open TableOneReservations . I tried deleting it and re download it but that didn’t work.

TableOneReservations is literally charging per month just to aggregate reservations notifications from Resy. What is the service they are providing? You still have to immediately grab the reservation and complete it yourself. After marketing themselves as a free tool “by foodies for foodies,” this blatant money grab is gross.

Why would you pay for an app that *might* get you a reservation when you can, you know, just pay for a reservation? A bit absurd, especially when TableOneReservations is incredibly buggy itself. It’s nowhere even close to a product that warrants a 50/year subscription model.

I never leave reviews for apps but I’m so annoyed by TableOneReservations that I couldn’t resist. I loved using TableOneReservations until they suddenly and without warning required users to pay for the same features we’ve used for free for months. TableOneReservations is useless to me now because why would I start paying now? Talk about a bait and switch!

App is a bit janky, no custom times, and paywall is a joke. Would love this if it were free, or there was a pay as you you make reservations as opposed to paying for maybe getting one faster than elsewhere

Why would i pay such a high price for the same platform that was free 2 weeks ago? If you want to start charging thats one thing but the price is ridiculous considering how many reservations apps are out there. That being said I loved TableOneReservations before the update

TableOneReservations worked wonders prior to the update. Charging is ridiculous but I am willing to pay for it if it works properly. I have a completely flexible notify set but it’s only alerting me for reservations 7 days out when if I go on resy for the same restaurants I can see more available reservations.

I was a big fan of TableOneReservations prior to the pay update. I told all my friends about how this aggregated all hard to get Resys and we actually had some success. I’m a bit disappointed now with this new update and not sure this is differentiated in many ways from what Resy can do for free. Bring back the old TableOne!

Just received a notification that TableOneReservations will start charging for use in August. It works fine enough but it’s not anything special to warrant a monthly fee.

Very buggy, keep getting alerts for restaurants I removed from alert lists. Will delete the entire alert but still get notifications. Functions don't always work liken creating new alerts, need to force quit/restart to make the all work.

Works well, though they seem to have forgotten Lunch / Brunch hours. Granted those aren’t as difficult reservations, but seems like they should be options.

TableOneReservations is amazing and has gotten me so many reservations at places I’ve been trying to go to forever! The developers of this know exactly what they’re doing!

TableOneReservations is the reason I’ve been able to get into over 50 of NYC’s best restaurants. It consistently delivers me notifications of availability that Priority Notify I get with my Amex doesn’t. The user experience for setting an alert is also far superior to Resy’s, and I only have to create one alert as opposed to creating one every day on Resy. Elite product, highly recommend for New Yorkers and those visiting the city.

This is the best app to help snag the best reservations for NYC’s best restaurants. I have been able to enjoy meals at places that with other reservation systems I would have never got a table. Thanks, TableOne!!!

I came across TableOneReservations when trying to score a lilia res. I set an alert and just 90 minutes later I’ve got one for this week!

Was so pumped to find TableOneReservations existed. Helps me get in to all the restaurants I’ve been wanting to try for years. Love it!

Using TableOneReservations has been phenomenal when scoring reservations. Since using TableOneReservations I’ve been able to secure Carbone, Torrisi, Don Angie and many other reservations. Anyone in NY knows how hard it is to get seats at these restaurants but TableOneReservations has made it simple. The interface is extremely user friendly and easy to set up multiple alerts. I highly recommend if your a foodie like myself.

Gets me the best reservations in NYC. Almost like a magic trick. Everyone needs it.
