Poor App and it shows bad development/management

Schneider needs to get their development act together, this is total garbage app. Try adding a schneider energy monitor, the application won’t view your WiFi so it can send to the energy monitor let alone, it’s already added to the WiFi because we are already using the wiser energy/sense app. It’s pretty clear Schneider or their outsourced dev team is totally out of their element. Poor poor poor, and I invested in 30K worth of Schneider gear for my house. Hey Devs wanna respond to this review please?

Adding real-time notifications would greatly enhance the app’s functionality. Timely alerts for events like switching between energy sources, low battery levels, or grid disruptions would empower users to take immediate action. Customizable notification settings would also allow users to tailor alerts to their specific needs, ensuring they receive only the most relevant updates.

In its current state, the app requires users to check in manually, which can lead to missed opportunities or important updates. By addressing this limitation, the app could better meet user expectations and compete more effectively in its category.
