Poor Customer Service

I purchased an item on the app, and they had horrible customer service. The auction ended and the item hasn’t shipped. I called customer service to find out where my item was, and why it hasn’t shipped yet. The customer service rep was extremely rude. He kept interrupting me. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, the rep told me there was one available and would be happy to transfer me. After waiting on hold for 10 minutes, I was informed that the manager isn’t available and then was hung up on. I will never buy anything from these jerks again.
This App is Terrible

This app is so basic and difficult to use! Pictures don’t load right, you have to log back in every time you use the app. It has to take you to the website then log back in. The search filters are just awful. This feels like a child created this app. The interface is terrible. And you’d think for selling some of the most expensive items in auction, they would have an app that was a bit more professional.
Sell on eBay.

Horrible. Items post for $10 starting. Had one bid, probably one of their employees, bid on my item. $10 sold for, much lower then what item was worth. Auction on a site that allows you to set minimum bids. Not someone who sets minimum bids that majority sell at $10, then they take $5. You left with $5 and can only use a complicated service to get the 5 out. Serious racket going here.
