I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by Tentatev.com regarding a mandatory HOA application. Despite paying a non-negotiable $300 fee, my application remained stagnant for ten days without any updates.
One day prior to my scheduled move-in, I was notified of a vague issue regarding my driver’s license, yet no specific details were provided on how to rectify the error. I immediately re-uploaded the document, but the lack of feedback resulted in significant financial and logistical distress. I was forced to reside in a hotel and keep my belongings in a U-Haul for a week while awaiting a resolution. Ultimately, I was compelled to pay an additional $100 "expedite" fee to finalize a transaction that should have been processed within the original timeframe.
The complete lack of transparency and communication led me to question the legitimacy of the entire operation, including the realtor and condo association. Furthermore, my interaction with customer support was deeply unprofessional and characterized by inconsistent communication standards. I strongly advise property associations to avoid risking their reputation by partnering with this platform. The service provided was unacceptable.
