Disappointed to say the least

TSCMe is trash and people who create TSCMe should be embarrass by how TSCMe continues to crash and freeze constantly even after updates. Cannot clock in even when I inside the store saying I too far away. Can’t see who else I working with why not it good info to have. This is app has cause so many problems that a lot of coworkers have deleted TSCMe because of the state it in. We as workers of tractor supply worked harder than the people who create TSCMe in optimize it. We deserve better who ever look at TSCMe and said it good to be released it should be fired. So many missing features it ridiculous. A literal stained of tractor supply reputation. I expect better and we as work of this great company deserve better. TSCMe in conclusion I would not recommend downloading TSCMe on your phone .

Unable to sign in

TSCMe will not let me sign in and I’ve contacted the help desk and they are just as confused as to why I can’t sign into TSCMe .

Horrible app

TSCMe is honestly horrible. I cannot clock in and out using TSCMe and it locks me out of my account all the time and doesn’t let me reset my password to get back in. I never get the verification codes needed to get back into my account. All I receive is a “ contact administrator “ notification.

Needs a massive overhaul

It won’t log me in

App never loads

Every time I try to log in I get, “ Uh oh, content could not load…” error. I can’t even begin to rate TSCMe because I have never been able to use it. I spoke with support, and they said they were escalating it, and would call the store. I haven’t heard anything for days.

What’s the point

App doesn’t even load. It seems TSC could and should start looking into some better tech.
I use all three apps.
The customer based one works ok but could use some updates
The schedule one is clunky and needs more features like staying logged in or Face ID… could be a lot better.
And TSCMe just doesn’t work. Even the website itself needs improvements.

Trash app. Can’t see hours, clock in/out times…

At first I could clock in or out with TSCMe if I was still in or close to the store. I could view sales goals and activity from anywhere, but now I get notifications congratulating the store for reaching sales goals but when I try to view, it says I’m too far. If TSC&Me doesn’t want us to be able to do these things then there isn’t much point to TSCMe .

It doesn’t allow me to log in to my tractor supply employee account and I need it for work I’m very disappointed with TSCMe

Terrible, couldn’t log in repeatedly

I couldn’t log in, and a coworker couldn’t log in either. I deleted TSCMe and tried again to no avail.
So, I deleted it again…

Schedule does not update when changes are made

The schedule on the TSC and me app is not an accurate reflection of what my real schedule is. I have to use the old schedule app in order to make sure I’m coming in on the right day. ( this could be very problematic for new hires or non tech savvy users. I’d also think It would be nice if a timer was displayed to show how much longer your lunch break is when you use TSCMe to go in lunch. Otherwise TSCMe works great and I love the new features it adds I hope fixes come soon.

Too far from store while in break room!

I have tried several times to use the Clock In feature. Standing in the employee break room I am met with the error message “you are too far from the store”. If I was in the parking lot I could understand. I have updated TSCMe every time I see an update. My manager asked me to use it the first day (app launch day). That was the first time we saw the too far error. We laughed and said that would probably be the first thing fixed. I will continue to test, but the break room computer has always worked!

Horrible App

I wish TSCMe worked, I was able to log in once. Once. I’ve tried over the course of a year to log in again periodically but it won’t move past the log in screen. I’ll never understand why multi billion dollar corporations can’t invest in taking care of their employees. Shareholders come first I suppose, not the people that make the company money.

Constant error messages

Recently onboarded and haven't had one successful login on app. Consistently receive an error message for the past 72 hrs.

Major patches needed

What went well:
- Face ID
- Clock in / Clock out punches worked
- Easy personal schedule viewing

What needs improvement:
- Slow
-No customizable profiles like promised
-Meal punches do not work and TSCMe refers you to a terminal which seems pointless
-Not compatible with older devices which I encountered more than once with several team members.
-No store communication board
-No direct messaging for team members
-No “Store schedule” to check who is working for a day
-No way request time/day off

Overall:

Overall expectations were quite high and they have not been met yet. This is not a solid replacement for ESS as you cannot request time off or view the store schedule for the day and TSCMe does not replace Kronos as the meal punch does function does not function.

TSCMe has potential to be something great potential to be a resource for team members and store managers alike but if promises cannot be made from launch the outlook does not look great.

When it does work it’s good

Every month or two TSCMe completely kicks me out and locks me out. Unable to unlock my account because I never receive the codes. And am unable to change password even tho I know my password but just an trying to use TSCMe again. Last time this happened my account wasn’t usable for 2 months. Very frustrating.
