I canceled the subscription immediately on 01/26/2025. However, I was charged $34.99 the next day. The hotmail app did not work and don’t understand the purpose of this QR application. What does it have to do with the this app account, which does not work. I was illegally charged the $34.99 and I should get a refund immediately.
