OC REWARDS Reviews

Like others have mentioned, OCREWARDS is frustrating. You can’t see any information about your main World Beer Tours (number of tours completed, beers on current tour, etc.). For mini-tours, it lists total number completed but not which ones. For the current mini-tour, it lists progress (e.g., 5/12) but not what you’ve had. Coupled with the printout no longer showing such information, you are forced to write down what you’ve had and carry it around and manually update it. HUGE step backward! Your tour card is worthless except they can write your phone # on it as that’s how they now input things. OCREWARDS is useless except telling you how close you are to $75 spent to get a $5 credit. I guess maybe OCREWARDS works for pickup ordering and whoever designed it probably knew about online orders and nothing about the tours. No customer or staff I’ve met like OCREWARDS or the change from using the magnetic stripe card.

We go to Old Chicago often, and we desperately miss the old days when we received a printout of our tour progress. They now tell us to track it in OCREWARDS, but that’s impossible. It always shows 0/12 for the mini tour items, and the transaction history doesn’t show anything but points, with “Invalid Date.” The “Purchased Beers” section shows beers ordered weeks ago. Seriously, Old Chicago, is this the best you can do? OCREWARDS is pathetic.

OCREWARDS is slow and worse than their last one

I have some Fred out, deleted and re downloaded OCREWARDS and nothing I do recognizes the Sharpsburg, Ga location. I can’t order from OCREWARDS , I have to go online. OCREWARDS is worthless.

OCREWARDS isn’t nearly as good as OCREWARDS it replaced. The check in feature works sporadically. It frequently logs me out and won’t let me log back in for days. It’s been several months since it’s release and it’s still garbage.

Cannot see any of the beers you’ve done. Useless as it sits

The new app does not keep track of which beers you’ve drank were you can see you’re on your mini tour so you are apt to repeat those same beers and then they don’t count. I have also had trouble getting it to consistently work. I will get errors return and have to take it off, reinstall it and change my password to get the stupid thing to work right. Also, the new cash register system no longer allows you to see which beers you’ve had on your receipt so the same thing happens there too. They old system was 100 times better and it didn’t even work for the last three years. Whoever they are paying for their IT work is stealing money.

Placed a pickup order pizza party for 4 which includes a large pizza, appetizer and cookie desert. I gave a single star because the order was ready at the scheduled time. Yet the Chicago Pizza on Powers totally missed the mark. As a person who has previously worked in a pizza shop, I can say the dough was old. Maybe made last night or early am and left to sit. Additionally the toppings were scarce. Just really, really a bad pizza. I will never order from Old Chicago again. I will stay with Marco’s Pizza.

This may be among the worst apps I’ve ever used for a restaurant. I was trying to add the party pack for 4, and I can’t even reach the checkout cart. I choose the appetizer, then choose the pizza, and when I click “add to basket”, it just reverts back to the main menu with nowhere to access the cart. If I choose the “buy now” option, it just goes to a page that says “basket is empty”. I then went and signed up for the rewards account, thinking it may be required, and I had the same result. I rarely leave reviews, but OCREWARDS experience is so horrendous that it should be noted. I’ll be deleting OCREWARDS and removing myself from all future marketing emails, and likely won’t be ordering from OC anytime soon either.

We have on two different occasions ordered a dessert and was given an excuse as to why they couldn’t make it. No refund was offered we was told they don’t know how to refund us. We ordered today and they messed our drinks up the girl had a fit over it being hateful and punched a mannequin. The man working said sorry she has had a bad day. I understand people have bad days but this a family restaurant that behavior isn’t acceptable. While waiting another 15 minutes for a child’s coke and the sauce they didn’t give us 2 employees asked if we had been waited on when told no they just walked away. In total we waited over 35 minutes and we will not be ordering again. I have gave them enough chances to fix their issues and have been understanding.

The store no longer can print out which beers you’ve had and it does not show on OCREWARDS . OCREWARDS also does not seem to have accurate information about the tours completed.

Food was fine, however they forgot to include the sauces for both our meals and sides. Pretty disappointed.

Very few things on OCREWARDS work.

Why send notifications of discounts that aren’t usable at our local franchised restaurant… ugh!

Sometimes orders get blocked. DoorDash, etc use the same system.

It’s no fun to arrive at the target time and have to wait 40 minutes for your pick up. Call ahead.

I love the OC but….ok it has nothing to do with OCREWARDS OCREWARDS is fine. Whatever. I gave it a three star because of the ownership of the stores. I miss getting the shirts like we used to. For one now when you go do a mini tour you don’t get the shirt till after the holiday is over so you can’t wear it till the following year. Plus the quality of the shirts are trash from the old ownership. As I write this review it’s the beginning of football season but there is no mini tour. WTH! I get you have extra shirts after the mini tour but there needs to be a happy medium. I come to Old Chicago because of the staff the atmosphere and the perks. But company that took this place over took part of that away. Do better owners of OC!

This is obviously asking for a review for the application, however OCREWARDS is decent. Nothing fancy, it works. The rewards system could be better.
The restaurant is great every time.

for how busy a server can get he took care of me and my family with no problem. Maybe you could’ve filled my water up a couple more times but whatever, this is at the aurora location. He still did an awesome job and the food was great. Delicious, of course I’m coming back.

Great place to get different beers and pizza. Wings and nachos are also great options
