Update: “ I don't understand what you are saying” 10 times out of 10 for basic questions such as asking for a definition, or basic information on a car or a train.
I have tried asking questions, I have asked before that I did receive answers for, but after purchasing ChatAI , I get the “I don't understand…”
I tried the questions suggested by ChatAI I still got “ I don't understand what you are saying”
I would like a refund at this time.

I purchased ChatAI today and I paid for a full year. When I went to use it and everything I kept saying to it was “” I don’t have a clear understanding of what you’re asking can you please describe it in more detail”. Even simple things is I ask, can you write a paper and said do not understand what you’re saying please provide more details. So I’m not sure if it’s just a bag but I canceled my subscription and I deleted ChatAI and I requested for a refund and that’s pending.

I have no idea what’s going on with the software but whenever I need it to assist me with writing or summarizing, it sits in a perpetual state of thinking. It’s very frustrating when you need the information or the paragraph or whatever is been asked to the program to have to wait for the program to decide to not do it! If this is a glitch, please fix it soon!!!!

Seems like on weekends and holidays this thing crashes giving message like “ I don't understand what you are saying, can you try to describe it in more detail?” To simple questions like “hello” I have reached out to the support team several times but it keeps recurring. It’s frustrating to have paid for lifetime and it works every other time

I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with ChatAI. It has become an invaluable tool in my daily routine. The feature that allows me to type up to 2000 words and then generates a comprehensive summary is simply remarkable. It has been an absolute game-changer, especially when it comes to composing lengthy emails.

Speaking of emails, ChatAI has proven to be particularly useful in that regard. With its ability to condense a lengthy message into a concise summary, it has not only saved me time but has also helped ensure that my emails are clear and concise. It has made the process of communicating information much more efficient and effective.

However, I must admit that there is one minor drawback that I have encountered while using ChatAI. On occasion, it tends to time out for extended periods, rendering it temporarily inaccessible. It can be frustrating when I am in the middle of a task and suddenly find myself unable to utilize ChatAI . I hope that this issue can be addressed in future updates to ensure a more seamless user experience.

Despite this minor hiccup, I still firmly believe that ChatAI is exceptional. Its ability to summarize lengthy content has undoubtedly enhanced my productivity and communication skills. I am grateful to have come across such a powerful tool, and I look forward to seeing how it evolves and improves in the future.

I’ve been using this fun app for nearly 3 to 4 months but the one thing that you like to see is that you guys can have an option to put the iPad on landscape or portrait yes the portrait is been forced for iPhones but for the iPad it’s kind of a little bit way too much because I had to hold a iPad. Just like an iPhone but the thing is it’s too much for me to handle that I was one thing if you can add that option for the iPad.

I like ChatAI and then I don’t is great and will help, I highly recommend if you are stuck and a problem in school, But I’m a kid and it helps me with words and making friends, So if you have any questions please get ChatAI! 😁

So far I love ChatAI! It has great art work, good advice, and basically can listen to you too. It even has a few jokes😁

Definitely takes away writer's blocks and gets me through difficult to write letters/messages/emails, but also has provided itineraries for trips, recommendations on restaurants, etc.

Everyone should have ChatAI . Sometimes you can't find the right word to say or write ChatAI can help with anything so this is ChatAI to have it's really good

It be nice if AI what is more informative action talk so he can read everything he’s saying I asked him if he can show me a picture. He cannot do that but he will direct you to a place where you can see the picture. I don’t know. I’m still playing with it. I am impressed though.

Amazing this is truly a tool in my life now I can’t do without, I’m never clueless anymore, what a blessing and wonderful feeling I don’t have to worry about how to figure out something . No more brain farts. Lol Love you new technology. What’s next?
