Update: “ I don't understand what you are saying” 10 times out of 10 for basic questions such as asking for a definition, or basic information on a car or a train.
I have tried asking questions, I have asked before that I did receive answers for, but after purchasing the app, I get the “I don't understand…”
I tried the questions suggested by the app I still got “ I don't understand what you are saying”
I would like a refund at this time.
Not working don’t buy

I purchased this app today and I paid for a full year. When I went to use it and everything I kept saying to it was “” I don’t have a clear understanding of what you’re asking can you please describe it in more detail”. Even simple things is I ask, can you write a paper and said do not understand what you’re saying please provide more details. So I’m not sure if it’s just a bag but I canceled my subscription and I deleted the app and I requested for a refund and that’s pending.

Seems like on weekends and holidays this thing crashes giving message like “ I don't understand what you are saying, can you try to describe it in more detail?” To simple questions like “hello” I have reached out to the support team several times but it keeps recurring. It’s frustrating to have paid for lifetime and it works every other time
