this app has the best brands and its nice to be able to trust the quality and source of the supplements, but I’m finding them to be routinely out of stock on items for long periods of time. I want to support my practitioner, but how can I when they cannot seem to keep products in stock? My orders would routinely be double the size if they could just keep items in stock. Instead I have to go to their competitors.

I’ve been waiting for this app to release a mobile app for a few years now! Happy to see that it’s finally here. Fullscript itself is easy to use and pretty much matches the website as far as design. I just submitted my usual order and it was intuitive and straight forward. My card was already on file from many purchases on the site so I just clicked a few buttons and voila, order confirmed. Like most mobile apps, future optimizations are probably on the roadmap as far as payment methods and other features. Right on this app!

Need Apple Pay and the ability to select priority shipping when you choose Apple Pay. This feature is not available on the browser as well.

Fullscript works well except:

- It crashed and closed out as soon as I placed an order.
- It doesn’t allow you to delete old payment methods. I had to go back to the website for that.
- They could make it much easier to order from previous orders by putting a tab at the bottom.

Fullscript pretty much matches the website but makes it so much easier to order. Others have said it was buggy but I’ve had no issues.

They don’t return emails, have a phone, so there’s no way to ask any questions. I would not use them again. Plus, they need to have pictures of the size of the pills/vitamins. Terrible

Their response to this was “please reach out”. How am I supposed to reach out when you do not answer your emails? Great job, once again.

Would be nice if you could switch, but in the account settings when I try to it doesn’t work.

They added applepay to Fullscript . I will give it 5 stars once they add a “favorites” tab to it so I can store all my regularly bought supplements.

This is my first time using and can not get Fullscript to work to place my order. Definitely need to look into repairing and figuring out what the problem is with Fullscript !

I can’t get past the first page which is all green with white letters. I’ve deleted Fullscript and downloaded it again, still to no avail. I have to access it through the website. Not impressed.

I downloaded Fullscript a few days ago. I was able to create a login, that’s it. Fullscript is frozen on a green message screen. I’ve deleted Fullscript , reinstalled, logged in and frozen message screen. Fullscript is not ready for use.

When i click around, Fullscript is unresponsive. Much easier to use the website.

I intended to use Fullscript as a practitioner but upon login it says it’s only available for patients.

I can’t get into your portal from the mobile app.

Fullscript is not at all usable for those of us who use screen readers.

Wellevate was so much more user friendly. I had to call this app because I couldn’t figure out how to use Fullscript . You have to read through the information to find the product ingredients because they do not post a picture of the back of the product. Overall disappointed and missing Wellevate. Think I will buy mostly from Amazon at this point.

I downloaded Fullscript today and as able to login quickly with my existing username and password. All of my prescriptions were there and I was able to easily re-order. Thank you, this app!

Cannot search for or buy products other than what you have previously purchased rendering Fullscript useless for purchasing anything new.

Why did Wellevate change to this app? Wellevate App was much better, easier to use and included more information about the supplements.

For months now, Fullscript won’t let me scroll through the whole Buy Again list. After a couple scrolls, it resets to the top. So I can’t really use it for mobile purchases and have to log onto the website. Very annoying.

This is much better than going to a website to place an order. The main thing missing is a way to review your order history. Please consider adding that feature in a future update.

It shows all the supplements I put in my cart and when I click on the cart, that says I have 5 things in it, it says your cart is empty. It won’t allow me to order anything and I have in the past. Super frustrating! I really want to support my practitioner but it makes it impossible. I’m not sure what’s up.

Fullscript and website make inputting valid coupon codes virtually impossible, thereby extorting patients into paying exorbitantly marked up prices for necessary health supplements.

this app is not the only company extorting customers in this way (most companies are selling supplement at astronomical markups, just as this app does). However, this app is the only company I’ve found to date that makes inputting valid discount/coupon codes virtually impossible. This, paired with their lack of a phone number to contact customer support to remedy the issue, makes successfully troubleshooting the issue almost impossible.

Given these issues, I have since found a new supplier for my roughly $500/month supplement orders. this app has many great features, but at the end of that day, what matters most is the ability to afford all the supplements needed to maintain and regain one’s health.

Make your orders well ahead of time. Warehouse is constantly making mistakes and if you go through support, Crystal, Lisea, and Tricia are the worst. They have no sense of correcting their mistakes and compensating customers for lost time and missed supplements. They won’t update you about a missed order or items that aren’t even stocked (even though you ordered them) until you contact them for a refund.
Being involved with health you would assume they would take care of their customers needs

I just received a big order now it says I have a auto order shipping soon. I can’t figure out how to stop it. The customer management of your app site is not user friendly.

Can login in on app but not on my computer. Some products don’t load at all in Fullscript (so cannot purchase). Cart icon shows 6 products then I click on cart and it says empty cart. I’m literally blocked from ordering. I’d love to give my naturopath the credit for using it but it just doesn’t work. Also the prices are not discounted. The prices are discounted to same price as outside Fullscript on other sites. I found my products for less than Fullscript when I had to revert to buying them elsewhere because I couldn’t get Fullscript to work. First attempt was a month ago and I’m trying again and have wasted way too much time. Trying to make a purchase. I’ll just go elsewhere. To the developers: please fix Fullscript , issue an update, and make it clear all problems are gone and I’ll consider trying it again.

Why am I not able to filter on ingredient preferences? I am a vegan and do not wish to buy anything containing gelatin. Some of these pills don’t list ingredients at all. If I am a person who cares enough to buy my vitamins from this app at the behest of my nutritionist, why would I flippantly buy something I can not see ingredients for?

I just downloaded Fullscript to see if I could recommend my patients to use it, but the software is literally dysfunctional and needs major work. Then the question is why even publish it, if it’s not ready for use?

If you scan a bottle with a barcode it doesn’t know, it scans it as “fire brew energy blend - beet”. Three of my supplements scan as that. Developers, it’s ok if you can’t find a supplement bottle barcode, just stop making me cancel and back out constantly when scanning.
