Absolutely no customer service

They don’t return emails, have a phone, so there’s no way to ask any questions. I would not use them again. Plus, they need to have pictures of the size of the pills/vitamins. Terrible
Their response to this was “please reach out”. How am I supposed to reach out when you do not answer your emails? Great job, once again.
Can’t get this app to work

I can’t get past the first page which is all green with white letters. I’ve deleted the app and downloaded it again, still to no avail. I have to access it through the website. Not impressed.
Unusable

I downloaded the app a few days ago. I was able to create a login, that’s it. The app is frozen on a green message screen. I’ve deleted the app, reinstalled, logged in and frozen message screen. The app is not ready for use.
