Had old app installed. Deleted it. Rebooted iPhone. Installed new app. New app’s login not responding. New registration required? Email notification and new app do not mention requirement to re-register. Now returning error message on login attempt: “Internal Server Error.”
After the logo I’m only getting a white screen
I have tried to use CSUtilities over and over again for the past several months. IT DOES NOT WORK! It will only send a code to your email… WHICH IT DOESN’T! It will not resend the code. And, since implementing CSUtilities, I can no longer sign in on the Internet, with very same issues! What up CS UTILITIES?!
When I do get in touch, I will be going back to paper billing. Shame on you CSU, for implementing a worthless app that also impacts web sign in!
Internal server error all the time.
Internal Server Error on every login attempt (I can login just fine to the website)
Website works fine - never been able to logon to app. ‘Internal Server Error’ is the error received. When I try the website with same info it works without issue.
Hire someone who knows what they are doing to build your app! This is ridiculous.
The download was fine, but it will not allow login with account. Since loading app I have odd issues and difficulty logging in with Safari.
Is there any executable code behind the interface? CSUtilities does absolutely nothing but cause frustration. It needs to be pulled off CSUtilities Store and redone completely to make it functional. What a piece of garbage. You should be embarrased to ask customers to use CSUtilities.
Positive I'm using the correct login info. Get an 'internal server error'. They can't help on the phone.
My log in information does not work even though I wrote it down so I wouldn’t forget it. I created a new account and use the same information I use online to pay my bills and it doesn’t work. App is useless just pay your bill on the website.
I downloaded CSUtilities to be able to pay my bill more easily. Finally downloaded this "new and improved" app 2 minutes ago. Opened CSUtilities for the very first time and immediately received an alert about there being payment processing issues without even logging in to my account. 🤬 That's nice. Instant delete.
This is only really usual to check balance. You are not able to pay the bill through CSUtilities and will end up having to go online anyway.
I cannot pay a bill with CSUtilities although the same information works on the website. In addition, I used to be able to specify my payment date and now I cannot do so either on CSUtilities which errors out anyway or the website which will at least take a payment. I’ll bet if these UI’s stopped me from making an on time payment, I’d still get a late payment note……In my opinion, CSU has had plenty of time to correct this software glitch but they are not giving it a high priority which tells you something about the organization.
CSUtilities is slow, loads a lot. Can’t ever pay my bill through CSUtilities . I always gets errors like others have reported as well. Needs some work, definitely wasn’t ready for public release.
Wasted over an hour over the last three days trying to register. Doesn’t give me a lot of confidence in our utility company. Maybe I should buy a generator.
I can log into the CSU.Org website fine (with 2FA enabled). But CSUtilities tells me the credentials are invalid.
Poor quality “app”, doesn’t correctly link to either FaceID or TouchID, login is just sending to a website. Poor form and typical of the “customer service” received from the group.
I’ve tried several times to pay my bill, and keep getting “a system error occurred”. Waited a few days and tried again - same error.
Also, please allow for text message verification- using only email verification is outdated and frustrating.
Thank you for launching CSUtilities! One request - 2FA on this type of app via email is less secure and harder to use than Face ID. One step down would be saving credentials for 30 days. Face ID is a straightforward addition that improves UX and security. Thank you.
Can’t make a payment, the ‘Select Date’ option doesn’t seem to work
You can now use it to pay bills. However the UI is still pretty buggy, it has difficulty showing different rates of usage without some errors, and I wish they would add in a feature that saves your log in information to make logging in easier. You can track your bill and see some past usage percentages but there’s a way to streamline the UI of CSUtilities still and I hope they work on it over time
