Ordered lights from Amazon on order #111-9630439-6859403. Second spool of lights do not work
We have purchased 11 DayBetter light strips in the last 2 years. All but 1 power supply has gone bad. Model # DB-1206000. How do we get them replaced ? That's 10. Please respond asap. Thank you very much !! Dennis

I couldn’t connect my lights at all the packaging didn’t even come with a remote the lights are on but i can’t even turn the off or change the color because the app doesn’t work, and when i tried to contact the help assistance it didn’t respond so now i have lights that are stuck in and don’t change color!

It didn't work, I connected everything, the app, permissions, and the adapter. I did everything but still nothing.

nothing works the remote doesn’t work the app doesn’t work. The lights have power if you hover over the sensor you can tell they have power but just don’t work. Smh
