I downloaded Cosmo under the assumption of a 3 day free trial (and if not cancelled within the 3 day window, you’ll get charged for the year ~$40.) I made sure to cancel it the same day because in the end it’s not what I was looking for. I even have proof showing what day I downloaded Cosmo and that it was the same day I cancelled it. However, now your app is trying to charge me the $40. I have had to shut off my card so it won’t charge but know as soon as I turn it back on, you guys are going to take those funds. I’d really appreciate if someone could look into this and take this charge off as it does not follow your advertisement. I’ll gladly take this review away once this is reconciled.

They stole my money. I was going to test Cosmo and signed up for a free trial. It told me I would not be charged that day and that the trial would be up in a certain time at which time I’d be charged full price. I accepted the trial. And a second later they charged me the full price and it was on my bank statement. I was appalled. I saw a message that told me I was not going to be charged the full price and that I was accepting a trial. And it was a complete lie. I feel violated like I was robbed. I complained and sent an email—no response. I reported it to Apple, no response. My next step is reporting to the FTC to see if I can get a charge back since I am a consumer who experienced false advertisement. Stay away from Cosmo . Don’t download. The creators made no attempt to fix the issue or refund my money for lying about a free trial. Despicable. If they did refund me, I wouldn’t have to write a review about my negative experience. So I’m here to warn you so that it doesn’t happen to you.

I purchased this ap to try on different hairstyles. I saw it advertised on insta and it depicted a woman with different hairstyles dropping down onto her head one by one. The face stated the same the entire time. In actuality, there are two ways to try on styles. One is completely lame and involves one selfie of yourself and then allows you maybe 20 styles, but these styles are limited to changing the hair color in your pic, adding volume etc. Worthless. So I tried the second way and uploaded 12 selfies expecting to finally be able to look at different hairstyles on my head. Instead I was presented with approximately 30 pics of a woman who resembled me with different styles and cuts. It barely looked like me!!! That doesn’t help me choose a style!!!! It only makes me dissatisfied with my face!!!!! Grrrr!!! And this stupid thing is 13 bucks a week!! Insane piece of garbage!!!

I terminated my subscription before the trial ended, yet I was still charged $39. The reason for cancelation was persistent issues with Cosmo freezing, particularly at the "Can't find what you're looking for? Tap to allow access to all photos" stage. Despite multiple attempts of deleting and reinstalling, Cosmo remained unresponsive. Even after successfully entering Cosmo , utilizing the AI feature caused Cosmo to freeze again, with no "next steps" buttons visible, prompting me to delete and reinstall once more. These issues persisted from the free trial and ultimately led to my decision to cancel, and I sought a refund from Apple due to the inability to use Cosmo effectively.

I like how you didn’t say anything about you ads that show your app doing things it has no capability of doing that is what I said was a waste of time. As far as the “quality” of you out dated filters your response is laughable, free online bots offer higher quality and realistic image outputs. Your trash app and I confirmed it when I saw your reviews, Reeking of click farms. How much did that cost?? I bet that if you put that money trying to promote your scam app with fake reviews and misleading ads into your r&d you might be able to make some money, instead of ripping off your customers, as indicated by most of your legitimate reviews. You’ve gassed yourself self up so much with all this fake praise you actually believing it. Well reality check : your app is clickbate trash

don’t get me wrong Cosmo is really great I like how it looks realistic etc but you have to pay just to use it 🤔you can’t even get a picture with a watermark Cosmo would be cool if they added a free version for people that don’t have the money because 7.99 a month is steep even for a editing app

Cosmo is great and really fun to use! It has some l filters and options that can make funny pictures that you can send to friends, but it also has a lot of great ways to enhance your pictures. Overall it’s great value and I’m honestly blown away by the quality of the pictures, and how quickly it edits them!

If you’re looking to make yourself look better for social media, this is Cosmo to do it on. The only thing that makes it less enjoyable is paying for a subscription. But compared to most other apps, it’s chump change so I’m still giving Cosmo 5 stars. It’s worth it even without a subscription, but it might help :)

This is a great app for testing out different looks and even getting ideas about changes you might not have been thinking about. As a male I was a bit skeptical about whether it would have enough features that weren’t specifically related to makeup but there are plenty of options to play around with that involve hair as well.

It’s also fun to test out things like turning back the clock in the AI functions.

As I was looking at all the makeup options I realized this could be really useful for people like actors or makeup artists to see how much transformation is possible just based on a photo.

As the title suggests, I do not use editing apps often, but I love this one!

The intersect is very easy to navigate without extra things that distract you. There is also a wide variety of choices to edit your photos and your appearance.

Even if you don’t use Cosmo for editing imperfections in your photos, there’s so much more for you to do! Turning yourself into a baby(super cute by the way!) or making a cartoon version of yourself.

I have already begun using the cartoon version of myself as my gamer profile picture which has been awesome!
Overall, I would highly recommend Cosmo even if you don’t edit your photos often because there is so much more fun you can have with it!

I really enjoyed using Cosmo, and could see myself using it many more times to come. It has a lot of cool features that allow you to enhance your facial features, or even enhance your makeup if it needs a little touch up. I would say my favorite feature is the fact that you can make your hair a different color. I’ve been searching for an app that does that properly for years and this one does it perfectly. It works with all kinds of people, so 10/10 would recommend! :)

Cosmo is perfect for any photo/face editing. There are days I want to take a photo of myself for something and I don’t want to get ready, I can use Cosmo and add make up on. I’m a mom of three, and sometimes the photos of me don’t turn out quite how I want, but I don’t want to lose these precious memories with my kids. I have used Cosmo to update the photos so I can be happier with the way I look!

Cosmo is very user friendly! I love it. I even downloaded the pro version, which opened up a wide variety of edits. But the free version can get any simple editing done that you want to complete to enhance your photos.

I loved exploring the this app editor app! I enjoyed the different AI filters, especially the ones that let you try out different hair styles. Perfect for anyone who can’t decide if they should commit to bangs, go blonde or if they should rock a pixie. Cosmo has makeup editing filters, and I really liked being able to try out so many different makeup looks, without having to put all that makeup on. I love how most of the filters will edit and enhance your photo while still keeping you looking natural.

This little app is super fun to play around with. I took some of my non makeup selfies and tried different makeup options. Some of the eye shadow looked terrible but some of the preset looks were awesome! I think I tried the desire one and loved the detail around my eyes. I didn’t try any of the paid features so idk about them.

Cosmo is not only fun but it's useful too. I was able to try out different hair colors and styles to show my hairstylist exactly what I want, instead of showing her photos from magazines. I spent way too much time playing with my makeup while I was at it - the makeup feature does a surprisingly good job of landing on the right place - eyelash enhancements were perfect. The presets are good too - there's a big variety of subtle changes all the way through very dramatic/fantasy style.

Cosmo is actually top notch. I have another photo editing app, however, a lot of the features make the photo look fake. I tried the hair color change in Cosmo and it literally looked like my natural hair color…I was pretty surprised.
You can completely customize the level of adjustments so they are minor or more intense. There are so many options. You can actually do an entire face of makeup, virtually!

I downloaded Cosmo to help edit some of my photos and there are a lot of fun things that I can do with Cosmo that you can’t on others. With the free version, I used Cosmo to add lipstick, change my hair color, and enhance my facial features. You can also use the AI feature to help enhance your look. There is also a paid version that has more options and there is a free trial to give you the chance to try it out!

It’s kind of scary what ai can do now with the face distortion. We already had settings that modify the face and body a bunch from older apps. This makes it look really natural but I feel like it would feed a lot of peoples insecurities, especially with social media. Almost nothing is real on the internet anymore. I felt like I used to have this issue with being super fake online. I wouldn't alter my look now too much, mostly just lighting and makeup. I enjoy the lip colors and types and makeup options. I think they look really pretty and not too over the top since makeup can be done. I don’t knock art though, I understand a lot of people edit for the sake of art and I respect that.

I was unsure of what to think at first because I don’t like the idea of making photos unrealistic. But when I used it, it was actually super fun! And though you can go pretty crazy with altering stuff and making it as wild or different as you’d like, the subtle changes are pretty cool too. I’d definitely recommend this to people who want to see what different styles look like. I spent a lot of time trying different hair styles and facial hair to see what it’d look like. A lot of fun ideas and you can always just revert to the original photo.

A lot of the features on Cosmo were very accurate to the photos. Some of the more simpler ones like makeup and face gets the job done. The feature that I found the most impressive were the beards. I’ve tried other apps and filters from social media platforms in the past and the beards were never accurate. This was the first app that seamlessly integrated the different beards to my face. Most of the hairstyle features were also good depending on the picture. Overall, a quick and easy way to alter facial and body features. Should definitely give Cosmo a try!

My nephew will be turning 1 yo in a few weeks and I wanted to surprise my brother by turning my nephew into a girl since he really thought his first baby would be a girl. Cosmo’s AI feature made it so easy to accurately detect the face and change the gender! It turned out so clean and the result was not exaggerated at all. It looked professionally done that I can’t believe i was able to edit 10 photos of my nephew in a few clicks. Also, just to prank my brother I turned him into a female too - just because I never had a sister and wondered what he would look like as a she 🤭 just wish I could give it more than just 5 stars!

I so enjoy Cosmo! I got to make myself an absolute hottie with all the makeup and beauty options and it doesn't look fake like some other apps do. I use a lot of filter apps, and this one allows me to do as little or as much as I want, and includes little details like seeing myself as a cool old lady or back again to a teenager! This is so many apps in one! I will definitely stay with Cosmo as I work to get out headshots and create photo shoots. It just makes me look like a professional. this app is awesome.

I really enjoyed using Cosmo. It was easy to use and created photoshopped images without looking too fake. I was able to fix imperfections that make me self conscious, while still looking like me. One thing I wish it had was the ability to enhance hair color. Overall very happy with Cosmo and will recommend to my friends.

I don’t normally review apps, so this is a first for me. I have been using Meitu for a long time and got tired of their presets, so I wanted to try something new. Cosmo was a surprise find and it has everything I need. It has very generous modes and does not restrict common adjustments. The presets also allow me to not spend too much time tweaking each photo since I can just apply them to any pictures. Highly recommended!

I’ve been tinkering with Cosmo for a some time now and I thoroughly enjoy using it. I love using the make up features in Cosmo. The body sculpting can use a little work as it seems to work better if a person is facing the camera (I was posing at a different angle). Cosmo is very easy to use and I’ll recommend it to anyone who wants to touch up their photos or just want to explore different looks. I love it!

The Photoshop editor surpass my expectations with its seamless photo enhancements, particularly the realistic body editing and magic eraser tools. The make up options allowed for subtle yet noticeable improvements, maintaining a natural appearance, while there is room for improvement in loading times in background hair removal the apps combination of realism creativity and use of user-friendliness are in 8/10 rating and my anticipation for future updates

I don’t usually write reviews for apps, particularly not photo editing ones, but Cosmo was too amazing not to. I particularly enjoyed the photo makeup features because I feel like they look natural enough for Instagram/Snapchat & nobody will know you use filters! I also can see myself using the body editor and makeup cam as well. Don’t just take my word for it, try out Cosmo for yourself to see!

I downloaded Cosmo a few days ago and I am so happy that I did. this app Editor is a great editing app that offers some great features. I played with Cosmo and explored the layout and honestly it’s fairly simple and easy to navigate. Sometimes you might want to add a little spice or flare to your photos to give it that extra kick. Cosmo certainly gets the job done.

I have tried quite a few apps for makeup and editing and this one is definitely a top one. I tried a lot of different angles on many faces and Cosmo was still on point with the features. Even down to the eye lashes they were spot on. I would recommend this to anyone needing fine details done. Awesome!

I tired other apps like this to try and get my photos to look the way I wanted but with no luck. But I have to say this one really stood out. It was easy to navigate and made the photos look great. They also had some new features that I haven’t seen before . Can’t wait to hop back on.

Great hair features - I have long hair not as thick as I would like App makes hair look realistic and better than what it actually is. Realized I’m not ugly just have bad hair.

Also big forehead??? App has a stretch feature that you can use to decrease your forehead size and still make it look realistic.

Video option face alternating is unbelievable you can make your chin smaller on video / nose smaller eye lashes not obviously fake and does not look like a snap chat filter …

Background eraser is amazing next level the quality is beyond it can erase the background add a realistic tree or sign - App is overall great

I was surprised how easy Cosmo is to use, and how effective it is in quickly making a person look better, erasing people and things, and so much more ! Cosmo is a must for anyone looking to improve or modify photos. Well worth the price. Definitely 5 stars !

Cosmo is truly amazing! The Makeup and Body Editing features are very user-friendly and the results are fantastic. I no longer need another app to edit my photos. In addition, Cosmo is very easy to use and the interface is very pleasing. I highly recommend it!

Great app, you have the ability to completely alter your appearance by adding makeup. Can also change how you would like your body to look. Did have to subscribe to use the features but the features are amazing!

I prefer looking natural in my photos and Cosmo helps me do just that, but better. I really like the sliding scale that helps you see the effects from none to huge, and then you can decide on somewhere in between that feels natural to you. Wow, I didn’t really expect it but I used the age travel filter and it looked almost identical to my young self! The resemblance was incredible, i showed it to my mom and she also was surprised. Loved Cosmo features!

If you're someone who's into taking lots of selfies and making them perfect, this is definitely Cosmo for you. The filters and adjustments are very, very easy to use and look good and natural. Even if you don’t have interest in taking and editing your photos, it’s even fun to just mess around with. My only complaint with Cosmo is how many things are locked behind a paywall. Most of the things you have to pay for are major adjustments like hair, so I can understand, but some small makeup details I just don't think need to be paid for with a subscription. The price isn't too hefty though, so if you would find yourself using Cosmo a lot, I think it's worth it! If I had to rate it out of 10 it would be a 9/10!

this app Editor is a great app to use for someone who is looking for the ability to create multiple looks. The makeup section of Cosmo provides the ability to create or enhance your own look with multiple combinations and individualized options for brows, lipstick, blush, highlight, foundation and etc. If you are not interested in creating a look from each individual component, Cosmo also provides a great selection of pre-curated makeup looks to choose from.

Outside of makeup additions the user can also make changes to face shape and body scale. Cosmo itself is straightforward to use and easy to navigate. One word…insane! I love how Cosmo takes my plain Jane photos and turn them in a thing of beauty. The Make-up features allow full customization while giving a natural look. I had a blast trying out all of the different styles, reviewing the make-up tips, and preset filters. What really sold it for me is the sculpting feature, my jawline is pretty non-existing but this feature brought back my high school jaw, lol! Cosmo is perfect for photos that need just a little touching up and have built in links for your favorite social media pages for quick uploads. I plan on using this for a lot in the future.

It's a good App to use if you want to edit your pictures. I personally use the younger filter mostly. If you want to go full pro you could get the subscription to unlock more features. My only suggestion to Cosmo would be to offer more free perks so the users can have something to experiment with first. I enjoy the free version and might consider getting the subscription should I want to take editing more seriously. Great app for beginners and for anyone wanting to experiment.

As a new mama of two under two, I LOVE Cosmo!😅 I have never tried anything like this but now I’m hooked. I love the option to add things like lipstick and eyeshadow but also adjust how dramatic you want it, so I put it on the lighter option and it was perfect for a natural look!

This is my second beauty app. But now this one become my go-to for editing my photos. Compared to my first app this one is way better! I can compare my selfies “before” and “after” just by one slide.
Currently, I only use the free features, I can adjust my face shape, my lips, and put on makeup as I like. There are so many other options.
I haven’t tried the advanced features. I saw there’s a 3days free trial, I will try it!

It’s amazing to see how much AI has developed. Cosmo offers so many ways to transform your photo into a really cool photo generated by AI. Some of the options I chose were GTA and a cartoon character which would transform my photo to look like someone apart of these worlds. In addition to this, they also offer options which show how you would look like in an office or in a suit. There are even options to transform your photo to fit the past eras with the earliest one being the 1920s

I think the feature I was most impressed with was the one that allowed you to edit your facial features. Everything was very accurate in terms of clearing acne, adding hair that fit your hairline, and also adding a beard. Great app!
