BEWARE - Do not download. They stole my money
They stole my money. I was going to test the app and signed up for a free trial. It told me I would not be charged that day and that the trial would be up in a certain time at which time I’d be charged full price. I accepted the trial. And a second later they charged me the full price and it was on my bank statement. I was appalled. I saw a message that told me I was not going to be charged the full price and that I was accepting a trial. And it was a complete lie. I feel violated like I was robbed. I complained and sent an email—no response. I reported it to Apple, no response. My next step is reporting to the FTC to see if I can get a charge back since I am a consumer who experienced false advertisement. Stay away from the app. Don’t download. The creators made no attempt to fix the issue or refund my money for lying about a free trial. Despicable. If they did refund me, I wouldn’t have to write a review about my negative experience. So I’m here to warn you so that it doesn’t happen to you.
