It would be great if both the cameras and software worked in harmony, even 50% of the time but unfortunately they don’t. I’ve added a network extender, setup numerous times, switched back and forth from wifi and cellular but it’s like flipping coins making them work and respond. The cameras don’t always pan and get stuck in one position often. They’re constantly inside getting reset. You could be getting robbed and the non responsive junky cameras might be stuck and aiming someplace else. I’ve about given up and looking into better cameras and apps. Very disappointed, I cannot stress enough to not buy or take if given to you. Mine are garbage bond.

Worked beautifully the first few months. Gradually they got worse. Now for 24 hrs I go to open Symynelec I can watch my live feed but can’t watch any alarms can’t use the help guide can’t try and reset them nothing because it’s saying internet connection error. It won’t let me change the WiFi either because of the connection. My WiFi has been restarted I called the company and the only issues is with my two this app bulb cameras my other security camera (different brand) is having no issues so how on earth do I fix this??? No internet to reset them but my internet is fine!

Symynelec needs a way to delete all motion alarms with 1 click. The view link on the motion alarm pictures should go to the video of the event and not to the current live feed.

Good camera and functions but now post update they added their co name as a logo int the camera feed. Why would they do this annoying thing? There’s no way to disable it even. I’m now going to get rid of the camera and go with someone else. I don’t want any branding in my camera feed like that.

Have had the cameras for only a week. Purchased these because our previous cameras would freeze up and app would shut down.
So far we do like these cameras but they have frozen twice now and Symynelec itself has shutdown by itself.
We like these cameras and bought them because they where above 4 star ratings and labeled as outdoor cameras.
I am hoping this was just a glitch and changing settings will work.
We live in Florida and of course it’s hot. Hopefully that isn’t the issue.

Pictures are very clear and detailed. Settings are responsive and easy to adjust. Motion and sound detection are very reliable and function flawlessly. I would recommend this system as a partner to any overall security and alarm program for a household.

I do love these cameras but they sometimes stop rotating an I have to go out and adjust them an they start moving again in the correct directions.

Very impressed with this product and Symynelec . Has proven to be much better than my Ring/app.

Installs easy enough and controls through Symynelec are simple. Plan on getting another.

As a farmer raising sheep, it is imperative that I can monitor what is going on in the barn. These cameras were great value. I thought I would move them from pen to pen to monitor certain sheep. At the value they are, I bought 6 additional ones so I can monitor every pen in the lambing barn , and keep an eye on the ewes in the drop barn.
10 out of 10!!!

I brought one for front porch and liked it so much I bought another for the back. May start buying these for gifts. So easy and get app integration!

This camera is the best and I don’t say this lightly. I’ve had it for a while and it’s solid as a rock. Works well, super easy to instal. If you can screw a light bulb, you can install this cam. Symynelec is also solid, not a problem, great features and settings. I love my Cam. Muchas Gracias this app!

Not only has our two devices worked through Wisconsin weather but when I was having difficulty setting one up, the customer service was wonderful.

We like it and we are exploring it’s potential
