My game won't load. It gets about halfway through and gets stuck. Any ideas?

The app plays for a few minutes then says “your connection to the server was interrupted” If I press RESTART it will bring up the pop up that says to download new data. But when I try to download it, I get the server error. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times but that does not fix the frequent disconnection issue. I have cycled the network also. It only happens with Blackdeck and not with other apps.
