I couldn’t find a way to report Dubai’s this app, but I would only say it was the worst experience in delivery and communication, they might as well pay more in adds through influencers than fix issues with actual first time customers, so I order 2 items to be delivered as in the add says “less than 24 hours” days pass by I thought I got scammed with no updates, then it says it is on its way and the sizes are all wrong, I check and they say it’s okay as soon as it is delivered you can return, get your money on the site and then order again, I said no I want the correct size why do I have to put with all of this? No response, I got it delivered, it’s the wrong sizes, not even mini mistake it’s 2-3 sizes down, no apology just blaming me not like I took the time to measure each item into their size chart just exactly right! No exchange they say just print this paper on the package of items and etc etc which in total, might take 1 month and more, the worst delivery, the worst experience ever, why do I have to pay extra for your error and lack of support? If this happened in my country they would be closed by now
